soloThis was a 1 BHK apartment with a functional kitchen, a good drawing-cum-dining and a bedroom. It has 2 ACs, 1 TV which I did not use. Kitchen had all utensils. They should provide sugar n tea mix which was lacking. Bathroom was good and clean. Balcony was big overlooking the lawn and pool. Overall a good stay. 1 thing was that they charged 500 rs cleaning fees which could have been avoided. Even though it was mentioned yet I feel that it should not have been taken especially when Goa is becoming less popular these days. Also they took 5000 security deposit. This was also unnecessary.

Facilities were ok. Cleaning was a problem. Apparently, the sheets are changed only once a week. When we checked in, we were not sure if it was fresh bedsheet or not? cleaning staff was late to clean and they did not clean properly. They also did not do the dishes.

The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Our main concern was cleanliness and the apartment was fully clean, all basic amenities were there. We loved our stay. It was safe apartment. Safety was our priority.

Terrible Stay

Booked studio apartment for two days when arrived this property for check in they didn't had any update about our booking almost two hours wasted and when cheak in ac was not working waited another three hours for fixing ac issue and finely another room was provided and in all this issue almost six hours wasted and in our two days trip one day wasted.
