Zero to One stay Hotel Khandroling

Poperty, location was good, food & facility was average

The room was small and damp, linen was dirty and hotelier behaviour was non-friendly

The room provided was small, the washrooms were not clean and there was dampness in the rooms. Also, the behaviour of the hotelier was rude.

All Hotel staff are very much co operative and made our Stay so comfortable and memorable, hope they would serve more effectively in future. Special thanks for Sneha Mam and Abani and Muskan

Nice hotel in budget near M.G. Marg, 2 minutes walking distance. Sneha Ji was good, nice and very helpful lady also Debnath Ji was helpful.

Location wise, service wise and food quality wise the Hotel was excellent To us. All the staffs specially Sneha and Manik Da were very much caring. The Hotel is highly recommended To all and also we would like To Stay again there on our next time trip To Gangtok.

I stayed for 3 days- rooms were small, smelly rooms. Dirty sheets. No WiFi. No tv. No service.

Budget friendly and staff were polite and helpful. But neatness of water with fungus and milk bottle provided for baby is not washed with bad smell

Good Hotel for everyone. Good location. Little upstairs but view is good. Near mg marg. But food is very very costly.

Location of the hotel is nice as it is just a stair up from MG Marg. Rest the people is good here specially Mr. Manik he make sure everything goes good for you. But being a hotelier I must say that a hotel has to deeply look into the matter of housekeeping. I have use the same linen, same towel for 4 days no 1 ask here about housekeeping assistance that's bad. I have been provided with only one towel where in we were 2 of us. At least 2 small mineral water should be provided as complimentary. Rest in this budget the hotel is still fine don't expect a luxury but yet it's comfortable.

Hotel is situated beside MG Road, 1 minute walking and the best part of the room is you don't feel too cold inside room, even outside temperature is 4-5 degree C. Inhouse food is also good.

Very good hotel for the nearest of the M.G. Marg. Children park taxi stand and value of the budged other wise more helpful hotel manager and assistant manager name of Manik Dev Nath or Miss Sneaha.

I stayed there for 4 days and my overall experience was good. The rooms were very spacious and absolutely neat and clean. You will get everything that you will need to stay. The only issue was with food availability. In the afternoon they didn't have the cook and in evening they don't have all items as per menu card. (Specially soup). Location is good, just 350 mts from MG Marg.

Hotel is very good and staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel manager helped me in everything including bookings for Namchi. He also arranged early breakfast for me as I had a booking.
