Nice spacious cottage without any service

Yelve's cottage is a 2 bhk house with front space and a big terrace. The house is good, clean and big. Location is close to beach. By walk, it will take 10-15 minutes to beach. By car u wil reach within 5 minutes. The car parking space is good but the access road to the house from main road is very narrow. Because of this, getting car out of the property onto the road is little difficult. The area in the night is not well lit so walking alone doesnt feel very safe. One major issue in this cottage is there is no service at all. No tea/coffee or food is served. There are no attendents or caretaker. (although the owners have provided all basic amen-tied inside house so no help needed. We travel-led with family with a small kid and elders, so every-time we need tea/coffee/food, we have to go outside and bring parcel. There are decent restaurants nearby. But these beaches literally have near zero options for vegetarian people. There is no air conditioning. Overall the house is good. But there is no any kind of service.
