Great home stay just like resort hygienic food 100 acres area just go it and enjoy

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, a perfect blend of comfort and nature. From the warm welcome by Nischala aunty, who treated us like family, to the kind hospitality of Vinod and Shanti, we truly felt like guests in their home, not just customers. The thrilling jeep ride through the estate to the serene water stream was a memorable highlight. The food was outstanding, with delicious varieties across breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, many inspired by authentic local cuisine. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10 offering relaxation, adventure, and heartfelt hospitality all in one beautiful setting. We can’t wait to visit again!

it lacks very basic amenities.. not worth for the money they charge !? 1) No TV 2) poor internet connection, most of the time no internet 3) No varities on the buffet. very limited menu. 4) No balcony on the room we stayed and sit out is also very narrow. Not sure how it got so much of good reviews!!

The location was good . There was a small stream near the home stay to enjoy. It was raining during the time we visited, so we couldn’t use the swimming pool and other activities available. Overall good stay and the food provided was home cooked and i liked it.

Watehalli Homestay, Sakleshpur—peaceful stay amidst plantations. Nischala Ma’am’s warm hospitality, Vinod’s helpful nature, and Shanti’s homely cooking made our family trip unforgettable. Clean pool, fresh air, and pure serenity.

Post break for our regular routine we had a very fine day with Watehalli Homestay. Surrounded by lush green and a morning or evening estate walk will make you forget the rushed city life and make you feel light. Special thanks to the host Mrs Nischala and Sir who took care of us. Provide us comfort and they served us home made food which is delicious. This property offers big swimming pool (kids & Adults split area) which is one of the top attractions. when you walk into this property you can sight watercourse which is scenic. Overall a memorable day in our books with new friends (Host).

We had a nice time at Watehalli Homestay. The coffee plantation in the property is great. Night safari in the plantation was a unique experience for us. The food was delicious. Supervisor Vinod made sure that we got great service. Nischala, the owner of the property, was very friendly and ensured we had a good time during the stay. Will visit again soon.

Out family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Watehalli Homestay for couple of days and the experience was wonderful. Nischala ma'am and Vinod (caretaker) were such gracious hosts, we felt homely. The properly is located amidst a coffee estate and there are also pepper trees scattered from which we get an awesome pepper flavour in the air. There is a stream that is 5 mins walk from the homestay and the kids enjoyed playing in the safe water. They also take you through a night Safari that was a different experience. The food is the local food, the same that the homestay owners also consume, so it is healthy and tasty. (Dont expect to much variety). Overall I would give 5/5 stars! Amid-st coffee plantations, the homestay is a quick getaway from the city chaos. Simple but comfortable stay.

Great hospitality & amazing property, the view from my room was scenic. The coffee estate is huge and the night safari was just amazing. Thanks to the staff especially roshan who was very cordial. A must visit for people who want to take a break from the chaotic city life.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing missing was a tv in the room. Overall food was of good quality and tasty. Chicken during lunch was too spicy, maybe that could be made a little mild for everyone to have. Hospitality was excellent and many sports, games options were available. Would recommend for a family stay.

First of all, do not fall for the review score. We believed it and paid the price. This place is pricey. We paid that kind of price thinking that it will be a four star home stay, may be far far better than any other average home stays. But it’s the most unhygienic place i have ever stayed. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned from long time i think. Bathroom mirrors and wash basin are broken. There is no cup board to keep your clothes. No table either. They just give you drinking water in dirty bottles which were not probably cleaned for a while. No glasses are kept so you have to drink water directly from these dirty bottles! we asked for mineral water bottles which they provided but charged us in the end while checking out. The funny part is that when we asked for soap and shampoo, they told us that they do not provide shampoo in home stay! food is below average with no varieties. If you are the only family then they do not provide you much varieties you will have to eat whatever limited items they serve. Overall, it was a bad experience for us especially considering the kinds of prices we paid for 2 nights. We do not recommend this place at all.

It was pretty cosy and comfortable stay amid-st a coffee plantation, the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Food was pretty simple yet tasty, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Unwind and connect with nature in the middle of 100 acres of coffee. Fantastic food, hospitable staff, and one 100% great time!

The property location is inside lush green coffee plantation, there is an small river flowing downhill. The hosts were very courteous. Food was average quality with very limited variety. They have a open space where you can play badminton, cricket etc. Surrounding natural beauty was awesome. Good place if you want to just relax without doing any activity.
