The apartment was very good I had visited this apartment with friends The food taste was average The service was good Beach was nearby the apartment The complimentary breakfast was provided by the apartment I would suggest this apartment to improve the food There was no problem in check in and checkout I would recommend this apartment for upcoming travellers.

The stay was comfortable The apartment was conveniently located and was easy to travel The appearance of the apartment is pretty good and maintained well The staff were friendly in behaviour and the room was good with all the facilities were in proper condition The food provided was good and there was no delay during check in and check out process The money which I spent was valuable.

The washroom was not well maintained in the apartment The overall experience of the apartment was very bad The view was very nice from the apartment The room given to me was not neat and clean.

During our visit to Goa we booked first two nights here and we regret our decision of choosing this place The moment I interacted with the guy Mr Prakash at reception I realized I have made a wrong selection He was rude and inattentive In few seconds I started asking questions to myself Did I actually pay anything for this place or I am staying here for free Well I somehow managed to ask for a favour of arranging my stay at newly built deluxe rooms since I wanted to enjoy my stay to the fullest after all I was celebrating my first anniversary here but this guy simply said NO A big NO He didn t say sorry sir blah blah blah which anyone would expect in such cases Well I realized this guy was a curse to the hospitality industry So I stopped talking to that guy anymore I have also interacted with Ms Suvarna She was nice and polite Finally when I entered the room it was clean but furniture curtains and all were very old The bathroom was gross The only saving grace was the bed it was clean and comfortable due to which we managed to spent some time in the room Breakfast was like not so good not so bad types One good thing about this property was the location and the nearby shop which provided us the bike on rent Overall I can say that I would never recommend this place to stay if you are booking deluxe rooms since I am not sure about the experience with the newly built premium rooms.

Great location of apartment Calangute towers very near to Calangute beach aprox 1 5 km distance On the beach thr are many rides to do Rooms are too good and cleaning services of rooms are very good Food is superb But only issue is staff they are not friendly Behaviour of the staff is not that much good Restaurant manager is very rude but its not a big issue you can visit the apartment.

I had been to this apartment in May 2015 The tariff was reasonable according to me The location of the apartment is good and all the facilities provided were good The overall stay at this apartment was good I had no problem at this apartment Overall it is suggestible apartment.

I have visited Goa along with my husband few months ago We opted to stay in this apartment especially as it is on the Seashore The food was very delicious and yummy The apartment was so clean and tidy The parking space was huge enough to accommodate all customers and also guests vehicles The couple room was nice with good ambience I enjoyed the whole week with my hubby in this Seashore apartment spending our holidays.

We stayed here with adventures and we never got to spend a full day here so unfortunately we don t know how good the location is The apartment was overall clean and our room had the basic necessities They didn t have hot water only warm water for the shower We don t know the cost of the room since it was with.

Great apartment I had the time of my life here Went there with my college buddies Staff members were helpful rooms were amazing Great food Other activities like swimming pool to chill out and the apartment destination is good near Calangute beach As a whole great apartment within a normal budget.

The best thing about the apartment is the location just half a km from the calangute beach best suited if you want to party hard Another great feature is the food The staff is also very cordial and attentive enough to take care of your special requests The rooms are ordinary but very comfortable The apartment also has a small gym play area and pool but they could be improved.
