It was an outstanding property. We really enjoyed the stay. The location was awesome and peaceful. The property was very neat and clean and hygienic. The accommodation and hospitality were superb. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Staffs were well mannered. The food was delicious and like homemade. I must recommend this to others.

Located five km before cons or this tea estate has a beautiful ambiance and the strolls in the tea estate can be refreshing. Make sure you have your early morning walk down till the stream. Also there are other ways which u can explore with a small brig where you can get the beautiful view of the Nilgiri Hills. Room service is excellent with the caretaker who does a good job of giving you the hot coffee and breakfast and dinner to your choice. The coordinator is always busy and never around and mostly not available on phone. So if you need any guidance you need to take the help of caretaker. Connectivity is a issue if you need to go to Ooty or Coonoor you need to get autos which takes its own sweet time. It is better to be self sufficient and take your own car to be able to move around.

The stay experience was great as we all friends traveled to the property. At first, we had a bit of confusion with the host but MMT customer service solved it out. The location was good. The staffs were mannered and cooperative. Though they didn't have that much variety of food still the food was good in taste and quality.

The property was good but it took some time to reach. The Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities. The location was safe. The staff was good with good behavior. The property was total worthy in terms of price. I will recommend this property to everyone.

It is a good property located in a good location. The best part was the hospitality by the caretaker. Overall the cleanliness and security was good. The need to improve more on the facilities they are providing. The building is also an old one and needs some renovation. Other than this the room amenities are also too old and needs to be changed. I felt it is a bit expensive also.

Nice location around tea estate, nice cook available there tasty food whatever you want he prepared nicely.

Our Stay at Runnymede Guest House. It is a 3 bedroom bungalow within a tea estate plantation. The entire bungalow is very clean and tidy. Mr. Sekar, the caretaker too good care of us with his impeccable service and prepared some excellent home food for us. Definitely Thumbs Up for the property and the service by its staff.

Nice location, hospitality very excellent, food very tasty, nearest places are very excellent like shops at Coonoor. Very nice all day enjoying lot with fun, cook is too friendly and enjoyable.

The stay was comfortable, there are three rooms which get rented out, we had taken 2 and the other was empty so the whole bungalow was ours. The caretaker was absolutely friendly and o my god, he cooked the best food. Definitely a place to stay for a calm nature therapy with tea gardens all around. Talking of cleanliness, the bed, bed sheets, pillow, bathrooms - absolutely spic and span. I have no complaints despite being a good critic of house keeping. The hotel looks nice. However it is an older construction though a charming building. We were surprised to find only one charging point in the entire room with an extension cord which was not working and the caretaker got it repaired the next day when we fixed it in the bathroom socket since the socket in the main room was faulty to use the charger. At least a spare charger could have been kept there. What was expected is a sofa chair in the room for the price charged but was having only a simple and single arm chair which my husband used with cushions from the hall. The drawing room sofas are good so we made good sitting there to relax. The highlight of the trip is the excellent food made by Sekar the cook and I have taken a few cooking lessons from him myself - truly versatile. Can improve room comforts like seating for two in the room, more charging points etc.
