I recently stayed at villa by olive in nerul, goa, and while the villa itself was pleasant, there were a few significant issues that impacted our experience. Firstly, the entrance to the villa was extremely narrow and quite difficult to access. For a property accommodating multiple guests, there was only one caretaker for four villas, which made it challenging to get timely assistance. Parking was also unavailable, which added to the inconvenience. The bedroom arrangements were not ideal for our group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids. Only two of the bedrooms had king-size beds, while the other two had small queen beds, which were uncomfortable for accommodating multiple people. Additionally, there was no option for extra beds, which made it tough to manage comfortably. Overall, while the villa has potential, the lack of accessibility, limited staff support, and inadequate sleeping arrangements for larger groups left much to be desired.

Really comfortable stay, only parking is not their so that is the only problem we had faced.

The stay was good and even location wise it was fine. But the major problem which we faced was parking. There is no space for parking inside the property. Even though there was a security guard sitting outside the property, he said parking is at your own risk. This attitude didn’t help at all when there was no parking inside the property.

The stay was decent, although there can be a few betterments- bathrooms had a strange smell, check out flexibility wasn’t there- even when there was no upcoming booking the team had pestered a lot regarding checkout at 11AM. Overall the location is decent and cleanliness and service wise it is acceptable..

Hey i visited olive by nerul on 11th of june this month i was at first unsatisfied with them as they delayed cleaning the check in time was at 1pm but then by the time they handed over me the villa it was 2pm and they kept on calling us to hurry up on the checkout day that was before 11 apart fem this we had a nice experience in the villa the rooms and the outdoor sitout area was neat and clean
