Rooms were not properly cleaned .. the gallery contained some unwanted banners which the staff didn’t remove despite request being made .. only 1 light was working in the entire room, geyser wasn’t working either ..

familyNot a good experience in terms of experience. There was a lizard in the room. Plus there is dampness in the walls, sofas are not maintained, tv is not working, bathroom is not clean, shower is for name sake.

The washroom is not clean and it's also smelling. The hall area is also dirty and there is no kettle in winter season, and light is very low, ceilings in bathroom area. Very far from main visiting places.

Good 👍 location the hotel room we has was very spacious with a nice view of the city and the mountains we even had a balcony the hotel is a lovely 🌹 space to wander through.we had drink and dinner at the hotel and both were very nice 👍 with okay pricing very nice experience we will return......
