Twilight Bay Resort

It was not clean. Very poor resort. We paid 5000 inr and booked resort for 2 rooms. But they one room in one villa and other room in another villa very far and that too in second floor. Then this guy told me pay extra 6000. He will give one villa with three rooms. We paid 6000. Worst not clean. Swimming is was very bad with insects in the pool. Electric equipments were hanging in the pool

Rooms are dirty and smelly even not cleaned. One of worst room i have ever stayed at this price.

The hotel was terribly managed, they have not provided geyser in thr room. No room. Service throughout my stay and after asking them for room service they said, this is the way here we work, if you do not want to stay, you can cancel and go. After 2 day they also changed our room saying that this is booked for some other person from 2nd day onwards.

Location and building is good. But poor maintenance, no basic needs.

Not well maintained. No power backup. Toilets are worst. Ac and tv did not work.
