Turtle Hotel

I booked this for my friends, it was a horrible property room were untidy, washrooms were smelly and not clean, bedsheet had stains, there was rust everywhere. Waste of money and mm t is not going to help you if you want refund

Room was ok, bigger as expected, neat and clean. Ginger tea was awesome, staff was polite and helpful the only problem tv network which was only you tube.

The stay, ambience and environment is great. The staffs behaviour was good and cordial. Highly recommended.

The place was good and clean. Easy to find. Conveniently located. Their breakfast is fairly average. Staff is friendly.

The property is very old not maintained, ac don’t work and delayed service don’t even try this waste of money.

I talk 2 your export. This is not 4 star hotel. Mumbai sports complex. Total view of the hotel flase and fabricated. No dining hall. All mater conveyed your staff. That is not solution. Please change imidiately 4 star list. I. E. 1 star

Location is not so great as getting a cab is very difficult. Hotel is at 3rd floor of a sports complex, which is very confusing!during rainy-season it’s definitely not a good option as to get a cab, you need to walk a bit!rooms are big, but lot of seepages everywhere, was surprised after i checked-in. But among-st all the negatives, the hotel staffs are the highlights, very co-operative and courteous!

Room was ok. But service was poor. Staff was not coperative. Staff was not well trained too!

•Staff was excellent and tried to provide services as best as possible •Much work is needed to convert this erstwhile hostel into a hotel. • There is no restaurant/ dining room • The bathroom exhaust did not work and there was water logging • The cupboard had no shelves • General cleanliness of surroundings need to be improved • We booked a suite but it was only a room

Seriously and when we have asked for food order for two to three hours they didn't even bothered to reply or call for the same don't even have food arrangement at restaurant. Second in breakfast also they don't have varieties for the same. Only two to three items were provided.
