Ac Was Not Working technician had came to solve but he had no idea what was the problem he started the ac temporarily but later it again turned off

Great option for staycation. They serve best food and the services are best along witb spa. Much recommended.

I recently stayed at Tropical Retreat Resort, Igatpuri, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious – we enjoyed lunch, dinner, and breakfast during our stay. Whether it was Indian or Chinese cuisine, every dish was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. The resort has a game room packed with activities like table tennis, pool, air hockey, carrom, and foosball – so many options that one stay isn’t enough to try them all! The outdoor activities were just as exciting, with dashing cars, archery, and several more fun options to keep everyone entertained. One of the most magical moments was at midnight, when the entire resort was covered in fog as the clouds descended – even though it’s not on a hilltop, the atmosphere felt surreal. The resort doesn’t have a disco, but we were lucky during our visit as the bar area, equipped with disco lights, music systems, and a courteous DJ, was empty. The DJ happily played songs just for us, and our whole family enjoyed a private party atmosphere. The highlight of the resort is definitely the temperature-controlled swimming pool. Since we visited in August, the weather was quite cold, and we wouldn’t have normally let our kids swim. But thanks to the climate-controlled pool, not just the kids but even we adults had a wonderful time. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to families and groups. My only suggestion is – one night is not enough! To fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer, plan for at least a 2-night stay.

we stayed with my family with a 5 year old toddler. I would definitely recommend the resort. it was totally worth it. The food..the fun activities both I door and out door. Also the hospitality was good. services were also upto the mark

overall excellent but heated swimming pool was not kept cleaner for the public use in this whether 🙄 and choice for food can be more exploring with current choice like Japanese too can be included.

we had a wonderful stay at Tropical Retreat. The property is beautiful , well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean too. Lot of activities to enjoy there and food is good too. I had booked suite room. But quality of a room was just like standard room. Room was not at all clean i had to call them to change bedsheet. There were red ants n many more things

Nice property with good buffet food. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. We enjoyed games room a lot good for kids and oldies . Must stay if u are visiting igatpuri .

Best resort in Igatpuri. Food quality is great, plus the amenities in the property are well maintained. They have lot of activities within the property so you can easily spend a day in the resort itself. Service is also top notch. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The property is decent but requires renovation. The bathrooms are clean but outdated, with old tiles, visible patches, and poor lighting. The rooms have a musty smell, and the furniture is old and worn. However, the restaurant serves good food that’s reasonably priced and worth the money.

Good and comfortable stay but prices are too high considering the property. Also foods prices are exhorbintaly charged.

Excellent location and facilities. The stay was expectedly comfortable and food was good. This was our 6th visit to the property and apart from a boisterous family/group who seemed to pay scant regard to conventional nightly sleeping hours, the trip was an excellent one.

Liked- Property is good. They have a swimming pool, outdoor activities, and indoor games.Room was spacious. Disliked- Food is very expensive.Along with the 18% tax. they have added 5% service charge.Upon enquiring with the restaurant they made us pay service charge as they quoted it was 'compulsory'. It left a bitter experience for us. Also restaurant management is not as efficient as before. The rest of the management staff in the property is fine.
