Worst hotel experience. No towels, no toiletries, used bedsheets, used blankets, rooms not clean, complimentary breakfast not provided saying that kitchen is closed and if you have booked then contact the platform from where you have booked, no complimentary water is available.

No active tv unit, no clean room, too many mosquitoes, drinking water chargeable

They made a scene because of the online booking, they denied giving a room by saying we do not accept online booking.

it was a nice stay in the hotel good food and clean rooms thank u very much for the service. 😇

the staff were good but no toiletries.. unclean bed sheet … handle door was broken need some maintenance.

I booked a room for 2 guests(me and my wife) at 1400 price, and the overall experience was terrible. Everything about the room was wrong. Bedsheet was extremely dirty, seemingly being used recently. Toilet was not even cleaned. Toiletries were not provided even after asking for them twice. I guess, this particular property is getting used by couples only, and the staff is ignorant to all the customers therefore. I checked in at 8. 30pm and had an exam at 9am next day, i asked them if they can keep my luggage till 12. 30pm which they refused, making me to check out at 8am in the morning. I went to my exam centre with my baggage.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and nasty

It was a horrible stay with this hotel, below are the feedback points for the hotel- 1. Rude sat-ff (not supportive) 2. Dirtiest room ever visited 3. Not safe for single women travellers 4. Not a good option for family to stay 5. Please do not select the hotel as given photos are just for reference actual is not same 6. No keys will be provided of rooms during the stay 7. Used linens were used 8. Smoky smell in room 9. Stains on walls 10. Staff sitting on reception is rude to guest

Very bad property, rooms not sanitized properly, no toiletries in washroom

Yes the stay was very bad. No food available no glasses they provided. Dirty washrooms dirty floor. No chair to sit. No channels on tv i request u should literally go and check as an undercover. And check the worst service they give plus. No manners.

Room servicing not done, geyser was not there, no towels, no handwash. No dustbin. Rude staff, no meals. Toiletries missing worst stay till now.

My experience was so horrible they don’t know how to talk to a customer so rude they misbehaved with me and said they want give me the room i told them i have a booking the guy was there saying i don’t care you can go i cant give tout the room

Furniture ( crack sofa )was not in good condition washroom tap and gesture is not working. Washroom was not clean. There was no any dustbin in room. No any worth of 1399. Thats it form my end.

Ok. Stay was decent. The receptionist said that there is no access to internet and tv as we are new owners of the company. The room which was allotted to us didn't had proper network access so using mobile data was also tough. Moreover the chair/dustbin were broken and rusted. The balcony wasn't clean. Rest their staff n members were very cooperative.

1 terrible. terrible experience i booked the property and paid it. when i reached there, they denied us to stay and told not to enter as there was no electricity! they also denied to give refund and when i asked about my refund they said call on oyo number but when we called there, the number was invalid ! we talked him, but he was misbehaving their the manger and when i said i’ll put a review he said *han jao kardo* and shut the door right infront of our face. this is gonna be a baddest experience they’ll face by my reviews! worst experience ever had! i am a working person and have been travelling and staying a lot times but this property gave me a huge disappointment and a lesson of not paying the money ever in bookings. also this was a worst time at 12;00 am midnight when i was coming way long from travelling and booked this room where they denied to enter due to electricity, in extra they were misbehaving and speaking arrogantly.

It's okay okay type, lcd was broken and there is no in house kitchen

Bad service, unclean room, no water (drinking or tap), no proper bed sheet, no blanket, no telephone in room to call reception.

Instead of giving a blanket we were provided with mattress. Towels were not clean. Soaps, handwash bottles were empty

Worst ever property and service. They don’t even provide clean rooms also you have to ask again and again for basic amenities

Pathetic rooms, no cleaniness. Wasteage of money. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.
