I didn't checked in to this prperty as room was not up to the mark . And I requested for the cancellation yesterday only, but till now I haven't received any confirmation regarding cancellation and refund.

It was a nice stay and the rooms were cozy and clean. I felt a little insecure as a girl but overall it was fine. Discount?

I booked room on prepaid basis, and was denied check in. MakeMyTrip support was so terrible, that they told me to wait for 48 hours, for the hotel booking for today... Waited for 1 hour, and than went to another hotel on my own. 2 days have passed, and no response yet from MakeMyTrip team, even refund also not given yet... what a disastrous service

Hotel take double amount for check in

No food facility. Bad behavior. They don't listen for late checkout or early chekin. Bad conditions of room. They dont have staf to provide even water botel

This place wasn't clean and staff not supportive. We booked 8 room, one of our guest hard soft copy of aadhar they dint accept and charged more than double.

Very terrible there where ciggerate buds laying around room was dirty and staff was asking me for more money for the check in.

When we reached hotel they just denied us to provide the room as we booked They said it is not through oyo so at low tarrif we cannot provide you room if we pay extra then they will with 600 total for 2 rooms . We paid n asked for bill they said while checking out they will give but in morning while checking out they didn’t have n we had arguement for 30 mins then they gave us back 600 rs which we paid extra please don’t stay in this hotel very bad experience

Terrible experience, rude staff took extra money with no invoice

The hotel owner did not allow us to stay saying that pets are not allowed. However, the hotel rules clearly say that pets are allowed. We were thrown out of the hotel even after completing the checkin formalities. The owner/manager did not even consider that we had travel-led from delhi and had prepaid the entire stay amount. He did not even refund the money. The owner even abused us. We were shocked and terrified with such behaviour that too from a hotel staff. We then had to book our stay at another hotel.

The cleanliness was really bad! and the service was also slow. Overall not very comfortable stay!

the room was not clean as expected from oyo property, floor and bed-sheet was dirty. towels i had to ask for not provided, separate charges for water also. overall stay 2 points.

I booked it through make my trip with including breakfast but they just denied it that it’s not showing in their system, service was also not good, no one to bring our luggage from our room while checking out

Pols don’t stay at this place as it’s not for respectable people and families. This hotel has inappropriate businesses going on and very unhygienic dirty linen and filthy washrooms. Staff is very rude and no facilities. Pols avoid. Mm t has no clue they are just useless cos the hotel charged me extra rates and mm t couldn’t even resolve my issues here as they have zero control. Mm t staff was also useless and they made me suffer. I was suffering in severe cold waiting for these people to resolve the issue and even after i paid extra when i checked in the hotel room given was filthy with dirty stained linen due to inappropriate activities and washroom has stains of gutka spit and other unhygienic reasons which can’t be mentioned here.
