The property shown in pics are totally different and there are no amenities its completely cheating
Though we booked the property for new year season we were deported to another property saying the property is full where its just conjusted, no amenities, there was water and power problems

It is SOMEONES home not comfortable. Bathroom is as small as no one can imagine.

The room is not like it is shown in the picture and the location is not proper they take you to another hotel where the room are very bad not at all happy

Worth of money, very spacious room, good room service but very difficult to find the apartment.

Worst stay ever.

Room service was very bad like bedsheets were never changed, one room had issue with water and the other had issue with flush and since construction was going on in the building it was very noisy to be there. Rooms were never cleaned, we used to do dusting and cleaning since I went there with my family we also had small children with us which requires good hygiene and cleanliness which was missing. Tata sky was never recharged and rooms are not same as picture they are opposite of it. There was no wifi neither there was any electronic kettle and also I had to wait a lot to do my check in as previous guest didn't checked out timely.

Hot water and safety is good but cleanliness and room service is poor tv is there but channels are not available.

For All 3 night - No Bed Sheet change also the bed sheet was not given fresh. - Clean was horrible and clean person came once in entire 3 days at 11 pm to clean. No Towel. No Soap. Breakfast served in plastic bags and kept at side in room at 11am everyday. Room was handed over to us at 2pm. no mirror. No extra bed given for 1st night.
