They have broken bed in 2404. Rooms and dustbin are not cleaned. The balcony’s are dusty. No one hears you in first calls : and you might need to wait for an hour to check in . The electricity comes after 1 pm

very worst experience. Firstly no one to guide through the room and there is no access card given for lift we need to wait for some other guest who is having card to access rooms. The door is damaged condition we need to push or pull hard for opening and closing There is no handgun for toilet There is no Brush,soap , paste etc No one responds for calls But while checkout the people came and they are more arrogant and they ask for extra money . overall it is like very very bad and useless and arrogant people

Bed is broken after complaining they listen but they don’t act to resolve the issue. Space is dusty.

Worst room , damp wall , bed sheet is dirty even I asked to change they decline my request. It’s someone flat they just give u on per day basis . Never stay in this property.

Hotel service is soo bad and hotel equipment is not working and caretaker also not responding my messages and I will not stay at the taj studios again

booked this property , reached at 4:30, property manager wasn't picking call and when picked said that AC is not working. asked us to go to other Taj property where they can accommodate us. once we reached there, the room was inferior, water leakage from washroom cealing, water drainage was bad and spilled everywhere in the washroom

AC was not working, no towels provided, balcony and rooms were not clean

My experience at Taj Studios was very bad. I and my wife had to stay in a room without AC for 30 hours in 38 degree temperature due to which my wife's health deteriorated and I had to get her admitted to the hospital. The caretaker did not try to solve the problem even once, neither did he give me a lift card, my room was changed three times. The room service at Taj Studio is very bad.

Property is very bad, furniture was smelly and dusty. Washroom is very unclean and tap water was not properly. Caretaker was highly abusive and shouting on floor to clear the space. Highly dissatisfied with the stay and staff at this property.

Blankets was not clean also alot light cut and mosquitoes

The apartment was decent, but cleanliness was an issue as it wasn't properly cleaned. There were a lot of mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, no access card was provided for the lift, which meant we were completely stuck when trying to go down and come back up. This was highly inconvenient and needs to be addressed.

Stinky washroom, damaged doors, flooded washroom, noisy beds horrible experience. All above no hot water, after 4 or 5 litre water it start with cold water geyser is faulty
