the summer villa for summer getaway!

perfect for 2 families or one family of 5-6ppl. there is enough parking space. the host is a friendly person and suggest good locations for sightseeing. the place is filled with trees and you would love it if you like birds singing beautiful songs for you.

Excellent Stay

Best homestay. If you are traveling in a group of 5-6 people than this is the best homestay u can ever opt for. Host pramod is very kind. He helped us with all the nearby locations and site seeing locations. They also have a local restaurant which can provide home delivery to this summer villa. We had an great time here.

Hotel is located very near to bus stop. Host is very helpful. Check in and checkout process is very smooth. Thanks to hosts for letting us check in very early. They are very welcoming. Property is clean and neat. Overall our experience was very nice and made our trip memorable

Its not a good stay, like the picture shows in the web site. Its a very congested place. We can't park the vehicle easily there. It's a horrible place.

Since Wayanad is a hill station the landscape is so hills valley and so on. It is difficult to build wide roads like in Bangalore or such metro cities. All tourist places have different terrain. We have 10ft road accessibility to the Homestay and in the way and it is pretty good road width. The picture of the Homestay shown on our website is a real image and is not edited a little bit.

The home stay was perfect for a calm stay. With good facilities its for sure value for money. It is near to town so walking distance to food, bus stand, also near to most of the tourist places. Overall had a pleasant stay, you will not regret staying here.

The activity was not arranged by the homestay. I had booked this room on the spot. There was no problem in check in and checkout process. The pickup and drop facility was not provided by the homestay. The homestay was located in the city. All the amenities were provided in the room in good condition. The complimentary breakfast was provided by the homestay. Everything was fine in the homestay. I don t have any suggestion for this homestay. I had visited this homestay for personal purpose.

The home stay was very good. Good location and good people very nice hospitality. I strongly recommend this home stay for fellow tourists. The food was good The area of home stay is perfect for holidaying. Overall worth visiting twice. I went with family and stayed for 4 days and had pleasant stay.
