The care taker was new so he hardly knew anything. Two rooms didn't have geyser facility which was not mentioned while booking and one room had geyser but was not working. Bonfire was mentioned while booking but they said it was chargeable.

A lot of things promised in profile were not present there. Bad small rooms with limited space. Broken bathroom faucet. Termite infested property with no restaurant on premise. Basic facilities were missing. No ac in room as bhimtal gets warmer

familyThe experience was pretty bad here at rudraksh cottage. The property is located next to club mahindra and is ill maintained. They have a small kitchen which is unclean and have no ro water. They will just give you 2 bottles of water for the whole day. The breakfast given to us was tasteless and burnt. were disappointed when reached there.

Dear suresh, thanks for your feedback. Breakfast is only for 3 people as per booking not for your whole family. Booking for 3 person and you are welcoming your other family member for free breakfast. Its not suitable to us. Ok mr suresh mishra

soloWorst ever. The management has no clue on bookings, always asking extra money. No water heaters are working in the bathroom.

The stay was very comfortable in every sense had a really helping resort staff and available at all time. We went there with a toddler but we never faced any problem in getting any supplies for him. We also did bone-fire which was just okay.
