The Marizane Homestay Sissu

Rooms are good, food is fresh, good hospitality, corporatise faculty.

We have booked 2 rooms and have been in contact with the owner, manager (number provided by owner) updating about our location and whereabouts, due to excess tourist footfall and harsh weather conditions, we reached the property late and we tried contacting them no one responded. (this is despite calling them since morning and informing before an hour we reach. Black handicapped fog with few other dogs were outside, we couldn't understand where to go. Its a completely mess and worst experience we had at that moment, waiting with our family in the car. I would suggest you can find absolutely better places than this.

Outside food not allowed and their food is pathetic, no curtain in washroom window, for infotainment tv is not there. Feel not secured as a family.

Food not good washroom window is completely opened, it needs to be covered, privacy issue because of washroom transparent window average service not good at all not recommended staff is rude and arrogant no water in washroom they asked me to check-out at 12 am because i raised a voice against no water in washroom host is arrogant and rude no support from anyone please back-list this homestay as staff and caretaker showing arrogance also no water soppy in washroom since 7 hours and i was mentally harassed here i want compensation of all this whole night is a complete mess around these foolish peoples others staying in same homestay have same problems with the property

My stay was terrible here and this was the worst night stay i had in my trip. In-spite of reference in mm t that they have a restaurant and home food is available, the caretakers said lunch is not available but they will cook dinner. I waited for dinner and at 8. 30pm one caretaker informed that they can't prepare dinner as he fell asleep and other caretaker went to market at jispa and will not return so no food is available. They didn't care about giving us any hot water or heater or geyser water or towels or soap or anything. They just opened the room and let me in. The place seriously lacks cleanliness. The bed, pillow as well as blanket covers were smelly. Don't know what sort of homestay is being run. What a pathetic and careless host i had. Total deficiency in customer service. Had a seriously bad experience. Mm t should take note of this review and refund my money. Why do you promise to deliver when you are fully aware you can't. Please return my money as this is serious service deficiency.

The caretakers were clueless about their guests. In-spite of writing in mm t that they have a restaurant and home food is available they said lunch is not available but they will cook dinner. At about 8 pm the other caretaker gave us another room with a broken toilet and no hot water at a temperature of 2 degrees. What a pathetic and careless host akash you are. You should be ashamed of your callousness and deficiency in customer service. Mm t should take note of this review and refund my money. Why do you promise to deliver when you are fully aware you can't. Please return my money as this is serious service deficiency.

An excellent stay. Nice and cozy room. Location was wonderful. We could get up to watch the giant snow covered mountains. Nice dhabas nearby. So, we didn't take the breakfast option from there. Room heater was provided as the temperature falls to minus at night

Nice location, polite staff but room was not clean at all and we had to literally clean the room and toilet ourselves before using it. Food tasted simple and homely but overpriced.

The location was a little far from all the crowd, but the main attractions can be visited easily by bike or car or even walking. It is far fro n the crowd so it was very peaceful and you can enjoy the untouched nature all by yourselves. You can even enjoy all thesnow activities away from crowd in the nearby counter

It was a very good experience and a memorable thing life that one could ever forgot in life thank you so much makemytrip travel application

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great ❤️❤️
