Hello The property description mentioned a lot of things which are not available, electricity is hardly available for 3-4 hours a day so u don’t get to charge your phones or anything, towels are dirty, and the owner would be sitting right there at the reception but wouldn’t solve any issues.

Food issue dinner and breakfast included in our plan but there no one arrangement for the same they directly no for buffet system and we have to take some limited option for that even we have paid too much amount for both meals

Alpinist should be blacklisted. They cancelled our breakfast and dinner which was included after we reported extremely poor service and behavior from their side. They didn't even consider our refund and on asking they asked us to take refund from MakeMyTrip. There is already a complaint raised in this regard.

Pathetic experience at this resort. If you stay there don’t expect any hospitality, forget hospitality you don’t even expect food on time. The owner who is a Sikh person is busy in taking orders from the outside walk-in guests and has no concerns with the in-house customers. You order food at 9pm, they will serve you at 11pm as apparently they are busy in pleasing the walk-in guests more than the in-house ones. On top, they are never sorry of their such behaviour rather they will charge you more for the things that can easily be adjusted. In short you won’t find a comfortable or good stay there.
