Hotel staff was very nice and friendly, asked for dinner and breakfast dietary preferences, which was extremely nice since I’m a Jain. Balcony view was amazing and quite scenic. Washroom was hygienic and clean

coupleThe staff hospitality was excellent. The chef cooked us meals as per our taste and was delightful. Did not see even a speck of dust and the rooms were exceptionally well cleaned. Moreover the washrooms were huge and spacious and well maintained. The hotel has its own parking place so no need to worry about parking issues. The place is located approx 8km from the town center so quite away from the bustle of the city center and a quite place to stay. Fireplace is also available but at a fee. The most important thing is that these people made our stay worthwhile and comfortable.

None of the staffs wore masks. Had to change rooms after 24 hrs. None of those rooms had a working tv or landline. Also no towel was provided.

Very bad experience

First day we stayed in this resort, the room was not so good worth for the cash paid, 2nd day we were shifted to another hotel which was so far away. The room were very cold no proper blanket nor geyser, very bad experience their charged very high, my tour was spoiled shifting room.
