Very good hotel to stay with the family

familyI had stayed in this hotel with my family for three nights & we all had very good experience. Junior suite was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Food was of really good quality. Staff, from security guard till the home cleaning person, everyone was well behaved and humble. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel location. I highly recommend staying here with the family.

familyI have visited Chennai on the last week of July 2023 that time I stayed in Lotus Sameera for 2 days with Family. It was a great stay. Pros: 1. Good location. Every thing is near by, Marina beach, railway station, US consulate, express avenue, Amethyst café. 40 min to Airport. 2. Clean and Big room. Bathroom is very clean and neatly maintained. Even though it is on main road side, inside the hotel is very quiet. 3. Room service is good and every time got fast response. Things to improve. 1. Can provide refrigerator in side the room. 2. can provide bathroom chapel and tooth brush kit as complimentary.

coupleBreakfast was good. The food was tasty. The room is average and not worth the money. The room size is not very big. Bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers are stinking strongly of damp. Bathroom and room floor are dusty. Ceiling fan is covered in dust. Cobweb over the washbasin and in the bedroom. Only one bath towel provided for double room.
