It's somewhere in the corner with no proper amenities, no proper food arrangement, no hot water, they don't answer the phone calls after the payment.

Property location is very confusing and it is in outskirt and no major shops nearby. Though they are homestay but don't provide any food. You have to order from hotel. The owner and caretaker jeemu would help in this. I have taken plantation view room for which window should be on two walls but they give us one only. Moreover property is old and not maintained. Though the caretaker jeemu is good and he keeps it clean.

The room reeked of an unbearable odor, akin to a mix of expired food and vomit. Every linen had stains. The property is surrounded by a desolate landscape with no amenities within a 5-kilometer radius. Accessibility was a nightmare, and the owner's indifference forced us to change rooms after a single night. Along with no wi-Fi, there was no warm water, and even basic toiletries like soaps were non-existent. The clueless caretaker added to the misery. Don't get fooled by the pics - there are no glass windows. Avoid this place at all costs–there are far better options available.

Worst experience ever. The owner is so rude and biggest liar. He asked us to stay in other property and promised us a better stay as he over booked the property. The rooms were stinking. Overall worst experience in the month of december 2023.

Pathetic experience, i wasted my by booking here. I recommend everyone not to book. Roads were in wip my vehicle was stuck-ed and we informed him that were coming he didn't even bothered to inform roads were not good. And after informing also no follow up nothing. So i've got my lesson by booking here without viewing others reviews and i want pp l to check most of the reviews and go.

There is no one to assist in the stay area, the road was like an off-road, low ground clearance vehicle will be damaged severely. Bedsheet & pillows have been covered by fungus, only thing good was the bathroom but heater won't work when you need it.

The overall stay was made pleasant specially by the hosts. Very polite, friendly and understanding with a cute little property. Works well for friend groups who are on a budget friendly stay hunt. The google map is bit ambiguous as the hilly terrain roads are little puzzly but host himself helped us find the property with live route guidance. Overall it was a good short stay for us. No much complaints.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid rs, 3476- advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for four hours.

I don't recommend it's very waste time and money i visit with my kids it was horrible. I cancel-led this even i don't get my money back

There was no water throughout our stay. Owner is irresponsible not even picking the calls. It is too far from city / main road.

Reach the place before sunset and in case you get there after sunset do call the caretaker and ask him to arrange dinner

The property is located little bit far away from town. But if you are nature lover and have your own commutation this stay will be very worthful

Very difficult to only location

From city to long and one hour is not coming to check there is no proper cleaning very bad

Initially it took some time to find the property, but overall experience is really good, food, place to have fun with whole group, etc
