This place matched my solo travel needs perfectly. Staff was kind and room was clean and comfortable for one.

.pathetic...worst stay ever. 1.they didn't provided breakfast as I booked for breakfast included room 2.continuously power cut happening, generator were taking time for power supply. 3.room key card not working again n again I was looking for master card from reception 4.cleaniness was not upto the mark 5.empty water bottle

The hotel was perfect for our family. Spacious rooms and kind staff helped us have a great trip. highly recommended.

1.There was no food facility available there...they denied giving breakfast inspite i booked for breakfast but they denied giving us. 2.Bathroom was not good..washwasing was not cleaned at all 3.Door's quality also not good 4.Water can was not available there.

Had water bottles, towels, soap, and a clean bed ready when we arrived. Everything was neat and organized.

First of all no food from hotel and washroom is in worst condition even room TV is not working that is very basic, no Shampoo/soap I washroom room. no room service during two days stay, worst experience

Rooms Ac Problem and The room I stayed in smelled very bad dampness Everything else was fine, car parking is also available, the staff is also cooperative

the reception area was stinking and in bad shape with litters all around,the room was not cleaned for the day even when instructions were given,The intercom was not working,the towel was provided on request only and was in pathetic shape.

There was no provision of drinking water, intercom, Dental kit, and morning tea. Electrical ketle not available in the room.

Service very bad, intercom was out order during two nights stay. Wash room not as per standard. No arrangement of bed tea.

Totally disappointed! The pictures of the hotel premises and the actual hotel are very different. No Wooden flooring, dirty corners , name of the building is different. Took 3 hours to find the hotel.

The hotel was lacking in a lot of ways, but the room was spacious. Decent if no other options are available, but if you are getting other options, better to go for them instead

location is good as it's near to railway station but the area is crowded. amenities and services are pathetic. it's not worth paying more than 500/- per night.
