Stay was not upto the mark has expected in photos there was no proper hot water facility and no complimentary water bottle and rooms were not neat and hygiene TV was not in Working condition

Worst experience ever. If you are with family, you are seriously risking your safety and security. Even after online reservation and full payment, they gave room to someone else and when we objected they threatened us so be careful and safe.

It was okay. The only cheap hotel we found. The room was okay. We went on a group trip thats why didn’t care much on stay. Regarding the rooms, room was small in size for 2 people occupancy and avg in size for 3 people one. Bathroom was also average. Room service was bad. And no dedicated parking of the hotel.

Worst stay…there was no electricity and no generator…rooms are not comfortable and don’t even think about cleanliness.. terrible service

No hot water, poor service, cleanliness is not expected, room is very small, smoking smell around the room, no language space in the room and overall there is no basic amenities what we paid for the room.

Average stay in all aspects. There is scope for improvement. Hot water and car parking issues are there. Ac is not working. If you are looking for stay just for sleep then it's good choice. Overall experience is not bad.

The room was smelling as there is no ventilation. Also the bedsheets and blanket were dirty. Nobody provided water to drink(except 1l. No room cleaning. The television was not working. Also nobody provided even a soap. My overall experience was bad for two days.

Average hotel. Room is not having facility for the amount paid. Limited parking facility. Easily accessible

The condition of the room is not good. Wedding and bath towels provided were very old. Toilet wash basin, sink were in very bad condition. Continuously water was leaking. Water bucket and mug was in pathetic condition.

Overall good but don't expect anything else it's just rooms means just rooms they don't have basic things like oven to eat the food at the cold place. 1000 rupees worth of food got wasted.

Bed was too horrible and not comfortable for sleeping, even pillows are also so strong and we got neck pain

The room was in a terrible condition. Switch boards had chewing gum stuck on it. They was cockroach roaming in the room. The washroom was very dirty and had fungus in it. Very bad experience.

Room was quiet good for delux rooms, standard rooms are small in size but ok, near hotels like town canteen and mayura available.

We absolutely loved the stay here and the staff is so friendly and kind. We booked a 2bhk and it is no less than a homestay. 100% recommended

Stay at heart of chickmangalore, nice location. Wry close to bus station. Good hospitality, clean rooms
