I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in banglore

Property's location was good, food was not provided and water has to be purchased in packaged bottles, hygiene was not so good or not so bad, cleaning was not done in my room the day after check in to check out that means 9 days we stayed without cleaning. Basin water not coming bed sheet pillow cover as well as towels also not changed even a single day during our stay

The staff of the hotel are so terrible. And they ask extra amount

Worst. Very bad behaviour of owner of hotel. We had to check out the room before 4 hrs bcoz of hotel owner. Water facility also not available in basin tap. Room also wasnt clean. Absence of night light bulb. So very bad experience of this hotel i think so you will remove this hotel from your list.

When we enter in room cockroach and spider on bed and toilet in wast condition

The property owner was cooperative.

Not even guided, very bad serve, very arrogant staff, misbehaving,

No one ready to listen and at the time of booking i have booked breakfast also, but hotel refused this facility.

Willing to reduce money. So that when someone goes to enter, they will say that there is no room in this money. You have to pay more money. That's what happened to me. I have to pay extra 700 rupees. I called the customer service, they told me to pay and email the bill. But the bill was not ripe and the name of the hotel was not there. That's why i didn't get the money. Total scam. 0 star

He take extra charges

After booking in mmt, once you go for check in hotel team will ask you extra money. They will say, we do not accept mm t booking amount.

Asking extra fee amount 700 per day

we went to place the property owner initially told no booking was made later he showed booking he charged 400 more almost every customer had worst experience room was very bad not even cleaned cockroaches on bed we just left the place at that late night with family

I booked the room for ~rs But when i reported to the hotel for check in, they told they cannot give the room for this rate. They demanded twice the amount. Upon insisting they gave the room. But when i booked the room for one more day, they bluntly refused to give me the room. Pv residency room is clean. Heater and manual lift are available. No water bottle or toiletries provided.

Room is not hygiene, big water problem, service is so cheap, electronic equipments not working, leakages everywhere in rooms, arrogant receptionist and owner. 3rd class hotel i have ever visited.

Pols book this hotel its reasonable and best to stay.

Nice hotel for couples. Proper hygiene. Couple friendly. Privacy policy is good.
