Disappointing Stay We recently stayed at the Soul Heal World Retreat in Himachal Pradesh, expecting a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met, leading to a highly unsatisfactory stay. Firstly, the owner's behavior was unprofessional and invasive. She frequently entered our room without knocking, blatantly disrespecting our privacy. This behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality establishment. Secondly, we encountered issues with basic amenities. The water supply was unexpectedly cut off, causing significant inconvenience. When we inquired about this issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Moreover, we were charged additional fees that were not previously disclosed. This lack of transparency in billing is misleading and unfair to guests. To make matters worse, our complaints seemed to be met with hostility, leading to an unnecessary escalation involving the local police. The location, Naddi View Point, promised scenic beauty, but the overall experience at Soul Heal World Retreat was far from soothing or healing. I cannot recommend this place based on our experience, and I advise potential guests to consider other accommodations in the area. Remember, it's important to be factual and respectful, even in negative reviews, to ensure your feedback is taken seriously. I will never visit again at this hotel. The lady (owner) was the worst. I will tell the whole story. Our ticket was for 2 nights from 31st December check in time (1 pm) to 2nd January (11 pm). Everything was mentioned in the ticket. At the end of our day on 2nd Jan around 12:30, she came and asked us to leave (regularly mentioning to call the police) with the extra charges of ₹1500 amount for the whole day. We can't tell how the lady was so rude and terrible. We had the worst experience because of her and the amenities the offer yo guest. She used to do these things with guest and ask for extra charges. I strongly recommend not to visit at this property ever. The lady used to stop the water supply in between day and nights. we tired of complaining about the things.
