The hotel is new. just 3 months old. they have got most of the systems in place. however there were a few teething issues like when we saw our room, there were quite a few houseflies in the room which had to be managed. the sunroof was not clean. even though we told at the reception, it was still unclean. however rest of the things like the staff and the food was very good. they also arranged for someone to come to the hotel with a telescope for giving an astrotour at a very reasonable price. The person at the front desk was very good and he gave us a good astrotour himself too. overall a good experience.

Initially booked only for a day...amazing and clean spotless rooms..staff are very caring and responsive...arranged a telescope on request for star gazing...food was good. we couldnt help extension of rooms for one more day...completely loved the stay...the best accomodation in hanle I believe and wud recommend

For the price of 10k per night, the hotel was not upto the mark. The sunroof for stargazing was not working properly. The staff was polite but overall experience at the property was average. For a hotel like this, a price point of 3k-5k should suffice.
