No access to car under construction property

Pols check property location properly. Location provided does not match with location provided my make my trip. No reception and no parking. It is like a lodge

Parking facility available, but due to government road renovation it was not accessible. Booking tariff was for 2 adults and 1 child under 6. But guest has provided wrong age of the child to get low rate. But we did not charge the guest for 15 year old child. Note:without permission guest had allowed inappropriate person in the room for which we asked him politely that it's not allowed in our property. This is a newly constructed property as it is shown in website
