Worst stay. Never had this terrible experience, bathroom door was not getting locked. Room that was shown in pic is not the same, charged extra for room shown in pic. No water given. Had to pay for water.

Good experience

Visited goa for 1st time and staying at seby was good decision as it was near to baga beach and affordable. Some hygiene issue was der but can be sorted by asking staff as dey were quick in response.

Good place to stay

Good place to stay. Very close to the beach. Leas than 4 mins. All amenities nearby, food, spa, club, bakery, restaurants. It has a paid parking too. Good for family and otherwise.

Property location is nice, food is nice, hygiene is not up to the mark, safety is ok.

The location is nice, but can't sleep because of the pub load music, late food service, house keeping is not doing properly on the time.

Thanks for your feedback. Actually we are very close to the titos lane that’s why there is some noise problem. We are planning to secure the gates with sound proof doors.
