SB Cottage and Homestay

I need refund as I confirmed that Bandipur check post is not allowing me to enter ooty

Tv not working towel/ soaps not provide location was not accurate dustbin not available insted of cottage and home stay it shifted to sb residency.

It was pathetic the property was in different location then shown in app. Also it has different name called sb residency. Denied for hot water in evening for a day, water provided is of corporation which seems to have clorine inside. No room cleaning stayed for 3 days. Blanket has dust in it. No carpet outside washroom. Completely waste

Their is no wifi, cleaness also not good, no proper location, contact numbers not responded we search the hotel 1 hour i am really upset on this

Sb cottage canceled my booking in tha last minute after that mmt provide me alternative through i'm able to accommodate

The location is found exactly from the google map. The hotels are found nearby the stay at reasonable price.

Places nee t and clean good staff, bus stand and railway station walkable distance. But only one thing hot water morning time only not 24 hrs but if we asked, they provide.

We really had a bad experience with water and bathroom smell. They will give hot water only once in a day

Goodall the fesilities not available. No parking available. Drinking water is not clear. Extra bed provided. But not provide additional pillows

Good and excellent app for travellers. We want you to expand all over india. Time saving and good facilities.

It's ok but not very good. No towel, shop available on the room. If we pay 5000+ for 1 night atleast some facilities expected.

I have never seen this kind of worst rooms never. Totally disappointed. Booked cottage but given hotel which don't have minimum facilities like hot water for bath,drinking water,no bedsheets. We totally disappointed. These rooms made our trip horrible.

Bed size is too small, not enough for 2 people. Bed was not stable and it was making noise. Bedsheets and window screens were too dirty. Flush was broken in the bathroom. Not worth for money and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We weren't told about the cottage's maintenance work we were informed about it only after we got there and we paid for the cottage but we lived in a hotel no homestay

No hot water available in bathroom, in december month it was so cold, but hearter is not working at all

Very well maintained rooms and comfortable stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful and take care of every small needs. Best place to stay in ooty with family. Variety of activities. Would surely recommend this place for a lovely stay with family.

Excellent service and really good to spend the days in ooty. Breakfast and dinner service good. Manickam making food homely. Approach is really good and also guiding me to travel in ooty. Room cleaning maintenance is good.

they asked me to pay extra ₹500 when i arrived. they exploited me. completely

Location was not matching. I was suffered last night and walk 2 hours with family there was no auto taxi services at late night
