We were very warmly welcomed at the property hosted at the reception by miss.Manmeet Kaur, our check in was instant hassle free & were also offered room upgrade for our stay, Mr.Pradeep & Deepak were very kind to take care of all our appetite needs even Miss Mona at the Spa was knowledgeable understanding our massage needs, we have been regular guest at the property and the entire staff has always been kind and prompt for all our needs with excellent security staff. Highly recommend this property for the peace of mind and lavish stay with lovely hospitality team.

The food quality at Taj was very terrible.we all suffered from severe food poisoning on our way back.still recovering. Manpreet at reception was very sweet and caring.Neha was also very helpful and kind in the restaurant..

Royal experience received through hallmark hospitality of taj group. With spacious and luxurious rooms on 17 acre property from royal family of jaipur, tastefully developed in the form of a resort. Delectable food with multi-cuisine offerings, served with love and care. Good place to rejuvenate for a short a trip for entire family.

Regal in architecture, atmosphere as well as in service. I have never seen so many people striving for the comfort of a person, that’s royalty. The only heritage property in Sawāi Mādhopur other than the 5th century Ranthambore fort. The staff went out of the way to make sure that we got the best of everything. On our request they not only prepared bajra khichdi but shared the recipe as well. Special thanks to Rajendra ji for preparing early morning kadha for my father. Also, Ajay and Chauhan ji were very helpful and supportive.

We visited this property from November 11th, ’24 – November 14th, ’24. Our package was for 3 nights which included breakfast. This rate is very steep given the experiences we had. This hotel has a historic significance as it was originally the hunting lodge for the royalty and marquee people like the Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip visited this lodge. Overall Hospitality This property is a SeleQtions Hotel by the Taj group. We seriously felt that the ‘Taj touch’ was missing in a big way. We never felt that warmth. The reception staff was strictly ‘ok’ and never bothered much about us. The only person who made our stay memorable was Mr. Rajendra Singh who oversees the food and catering. His warmth was unmatched and we have never seen such a hospitality from an individual. He went way beyond his scope of duty to make sure we had a truly delightful food experience. What a wonderful person he is! If you stay at this property, he is the person you should contact and lookout for. We would like to mention Mr. Deepak in the food and catering department who looked after us well the day we reached. Also, Mr. Praveen who entertained us with his strong knowledge of the wildlife. Rooms & Bathrooms Rooms were clean but not as they should be considering the per night cost we were paying. Bathrooms were clean but looked a bit worn down. Also, iron was missing in the room which should be provided. There was nothing in the mini bar as well. Family areas and amenities The property is quite spacious and the common areas are well maintained which we enjoyed. The swimming pool is not heated which we strongly felt should be. Children kept busy themselves (Cycling, Cricket, Pool Table, Badminton, Table Tennis, and general playing area) at the property. The property is under renovation & will be renovated entirely in year or two. But the renovation did not bother us as the property is quite big.

Food and hospitality were great! overall it was a relaxing family vacation.

It was an amazing stay. Special thanks to mr rajendra (f&b team, he really made our stay special by serving an extraordinary dinner. Rooms are clean, no frills. Nice walking area, nice garden to play cricket and relax. The staff is always available for anything you need. Really cooperative. Would love to visit again

It was a short stay for one night at this beautiful property and excellent service of all staff from watchman to receptionist waiters housekeeping. All of them were polite n quick. I would like to specially mention mr ashish and miss man-meet front office guys.

Such a wonderful staycation with the most amazing pool. Water was clean, did not get any rashes even after being in the water for almost 5 hours. Breakfast was simply amazing limited menu but absolutely delicious! they gave us early check in at around 10 am. The play area for kids is an add on to the whole comfort.

We had a really wonderful stay in this hotel, it was so family friendly with ample beautiful and lush green spaces for kids to run around. The food was wonderful and fresh. The staff treated us like their own family.

Colonial style place in a rustic small town swai madhopur, not far from ranthambore sanctuary, the place is clean and staff are helpful. The pool is small but good for a quick dip.
