Saipem Villa - 4 BHK Villa

First location is not what they say. Show picture of different villa give different villa and not the one with pool side. Pool is common that too till 6 pm. Very remote location no nearby walking shop for daily needs. Won’t give wi-fi keep saying this and that problem. No ro or drinking water facility. And you won’t get villa in front pool give some side villa

We have booked the saipem 4bhk private pool villa 30 days prior to the date of booking. We have tried to contact a lady using the details we got. She had shared a location and on 10th no c 2022 when we reached at the location we found there is nothing like that and when we tried calling the lady she was just procrastinating it. After several trials she picked the call and we briefed her the situation. Then she shared number of another guy and when i have called him he shared the location. After reaching the location we found that the name of the villa was different than that mentioned. They first denied us to get inside the property and was asking for 8000 deposit even after paying the entire amount and deposit thing was not mentioned. After asking a lot they get us inside and they said the villa which we have booked and paid for is a private one and they can not give it and they were offering some different villa with small rooms and no private pools. So, we denied to stay there and over that the villa owner that we have checked into it. Please find all the attached photos we have taken in our proof. Also, you can ask for proof from hotel if they are mentioning that we have checked in. We have not submitted any id as part of checked in and we stay there not more then 10 min. we have not submitted any of our if as part of checkin. Also please see the villa name its nit saipem is something horizon.

3rd class facility in sai pamvilla f6. No ac working on drawing room and there was no facility in kitchen for air conditioning. There was no primary facilities like shampoo sabun and cleaning. And also they are not talking properly with us. Pool was so dirty and the caretaker say" don't make it noise while you are take a bath in a pool because the honour was disturbing. And there was a six villa with attached only one pool which is too dirty, frogs and mosquitoes are in pool and the caretaker says this is casually if you can do not bath then leave. This is our best situation in pool. Don't go next time. And we never go this villa ever.

This was the worst property ever as I travel a lot go to many places but never had such terrible experience. there is no water supply in property. jacuzzi and shower Are not operating. we had a nigh with no water at all. room beds were damn dirty and stinky. no cooperation from property staff in one washroom there was no Jet shower at WC. genuinely recommend no one to use this property ever. washroom ceilings were total leaking. AC in living room do not work.
