Great stay, good food. Quite location

Property is in a remote area with no network connectivity. They do have wifi which is not high speed but gets the work done. The outside lawn and swimming pool is good and well maintained. Excellent hospitality by caretaker, cook and other staff. Food was really good all the time and we really enjoyed it. Only feedback is to remove the AC compressor from courtyard and keep it outside. It was really hot during afternoon. The AC in rooms were also not very effective during noon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful timeoff from fast paced city life.

A great value for money stay. Will be best enjoyed with close family and friends. Meals provided are absolutely homely and still delicious. Caretakers are polite and always ready to help.

Property is not well maintained, stayed for 2 nights and rooms including bathrooms were not cleaned, dustbins not emptied, basic toiletries not provided, hall which includes dining space needs some cooling arrangement in summer, food was good, staff friendly, 2 pet dogs very sick, external unit of bedroom's split ac kept facing hall and dining space which exponentially increased the heat, and very noisy - a lot of scope for improvement.

It was a girls weekend, we came across terra soul and quickly decided to stay here, the photos looked quite appealing and perfect for a getaway. We were warmly welcomed in the property by chandrakant and the other helps in the house and the owner minal was kind enough to check on us a few times till we got to the property and settled in ! the lunch served was delicious, it was simple home cooked food but amazing flavour, we loved it and ate so much that we had to take a nap ! the outside area is beautifully designed and has many sit outs, you can almost chill at those individual spots and not repeat it over next 2 days ! pool was well maintained too and they ensured we had privacy as well. The toiletries were of amazing quality, had amazing fragrance. Couple of things to improve - the towels are of bad quality, definitely need to be changed both beach and shower towels. For food - gst is 18% despite is being a home cooked meal, it could slightly be more reasonably priced, if a family of 5 had to stay - one would spend 10k on meals for 1 day, that is is a bit expensive for home cooked meals. Loved our stay.
