There was no facility of lunch & dinner. No cleanliness, lizard was in our room, just 1 light bulb. No food service, calling basic phone wasn't working, tv wasn't working. Toiletries was not there & they didn't provide toiletries even after asking. No proper clean bedsheed & lizard's poop was there. Horrible experience. Too much money for this type of service & room.

Yes it's not " in " the station 6 km from the ranchi station 2. 5 km from namkum station 2 km from tatisilwai station mentioned everywhere & in google maps, education is must. At bathroom door people need 1 mat only, if you need extra then please ask from service boy.

What is 3rd class Location ? does it mean people who lives in particular location 🌎 r 3rd class. We have a Branch in heart of city, and this branch in outskirts, close to nature ( mentioned everywhere), Waterfalls ahead & ' only ' decent hotel near Khelgaon Stadium- where you had to go You should be grateful, otherwise travelling from main city to Khelgaon is 18 kms + hrs of Traffic

Restaurant is within the hotel itself, why don't you write the fact that, for you it was expensive and you couldn't afford it and idiot the first thing we mention about our hotel everywhere is that its an outskirts hotel, why don't you get that, we have our other branches at main City itself, but you By yourself choose this particular branch because your exam center or your purpose to come to this city was served here, loser, how does it even mattered you when your destination was just 5 minutes walking from here.

They shown me a very bad room. It was like a store room. Bike chair benches was kept there and than for better they charge more. After giving extra also room was full of mosquitoes and all out was filled with kirocin oil instead of all out liquid. One major problem was like changing point was also not working.

Sir, its a " charity " for poor students. We received only ( rs 120 ) from you that too will be donatedour rooms ranges from rs1200 to rs3000its banquet hall with beautiful garden. Turned into dormetry for needful students like you, who comes from a humble family for exams so don' t have enough money to rent a hotelyou have seen the photos before you booked. Chairs & boo-fey table was for students to dine and study that too in diff. Sectionmosquitos : hall is too big that allout might have been lill week. I agree. But u could have used mosquito repellent " agarbatti " available next door grocery shop at just [ rs 2 ] or asked service boy unfortunately : due to this kind of feedback from people. We have stopped this charity work now.

When I reached at hotel from Kolkata at 7:30 a.m. My room has cancelled due to early check-in. I have confirmed early check-in by the time of booking. But when I reached they have not provided early check-in with extra charge. Also they miss behave with me. Please remove from MakeMyTrip portal.
