The staff were very cooperative even though we reached after midnight due to the traffic. Even though their restaurant was down, they arranged breakfast. So overall evening went well.

The rooms could be cleaner and more well maintained. Overall, a good budget option. There's a restaurant downstairs with both north and south indian breakfast, which was a plus.

It is really good. I would recommend this hotel for stay. Akhil is the one who helped and hosted us a lot. Nice wnd kind person.

Very good location, on the main road; staff is very helpful. Room is neat and clean. Worth a stay. There was no complaints and discomforts. The restaurant on the ground floor provided tasty food too. And everyone behaved well and provided well courtesy even after checking out. I really appreciate their behaviour.

Cleaning below par. No dust bin in room.

Hotel food was good and the behaviour of the reception and other staff was friendly but the hotel room was not maintained very well. There was dust near the bed and tables and the toilets were not maintained. And there were also two croakroaches in our room. The room was also not maintained very well.

Hotel is located in highway and has restaurant attached to it. Room was clean and good for a night stay. Room size was good for couple but little congested with kid. With breakfast means 150 rs discount on what you take in restaurant not the actual breakfast. Plan to visit karappuzha dam 15 min from stay

There was no hot water in that cold climate, for 5 people's 2 rooms. Just 2 buckets were given. Complimentary breakfast was 2/5, hygiene wise 3. 5/5, the receptionist was rude and not responding well, they have reason ready for everything!

Rooms are good and clean. But can't expect more other than just an overnight stay. Pros very clean and neat rooms. Flexible with check in and check out timings. Cons. No hot water available. No room service. No restaurants near by. The restaurant below the inn is horrible.
