WATER WAYS SWEETS RESTAURANT AND BANQUETHALL

The location of the property was a bit weird and it was difficult to find the hotel is on the main road, but the map is pointing differently. The food is excellent in the in-house restaurant, but occasionally the rooms around get very noisy and difficult to sleep since this lot of drunken parties that happen inside the rooms. The washroom was also not clean.

Food was nice but staff was quite slow in service their was no telephone service in room to call room service .

Room service took a lot of time and i had to call the reception several times but still there was no response there is no bucket and mug provided in the bathroom

No cleanliness, pungent smell, worst ambience, staff reluctant change bedsheet and blanket cover. No hospitality.

Nice rooms, clean and hygienic atmosphere, nice staff and food. Value for money stay.

It was a pleasant stay. I traveled alone but the staff and security staff were so helpful. The room was neat and clean. Completely satisfied

Stay at water ways sweets restaurant and banquet hall was terrible. First of all room booked on mm t was not made available and the room which was provided by was very untidy. At last we left the hotel on same day of booking worst experience

I stayed at the property for a week. The place offers decent rooms at given prices. The restraunt is good. Food is tasty but prices are a bit on the higher side. The location of the hotel is good.
