I had a very pleasant stay at the shanti. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel 1st floor were both very good and tasty. I liked that the room included a pair of disposable slippers. Since i was visiting for work purposes i needed to book cab which reception arranged for me. Friendly staff and value for money!

family with 1 kidHad reached hotel i informed i had early flight and might leave 7:15 am next day morning since breakfast is included wanted to know time it starts i was assured 7 am will be ready by a lady receptionist and a tall guy. Night i had called to inform need a bell boy 7 am and check out after breakfast at 7:15 am. To my surprise nothing was ready and they denied breakfast also said chef only comes after 7:30 am. My money gone waste and got trouble morning also

very small room with two single separate bed...there was no cleaness... dirty toilet..clearcut differentiate between online and offline booking..they offer non ac room for cleanness...it was off time for me so i compromise with too bad facilities...it's my bad experience with trusted make my trip😪.

familyThe hotel staff and their behaviour is so good that you tend to forget the condition of the hotel. The location is good and thus the price. The hotel is not maintained, the bathroom has broken parts, the bed is too springy, the rooms have seepage, lizards. The breakfast is bad. Its a total vegetarian hotel so anybody expecting eggs will be disappointed. The food isnt that great but they do allow zomato and outside food so that compensates. The toiletries they supply are of poor quality. Wouldnt book this place again.
