They charged Rs500 extra for 3rd person. And all I got was very thin mattress, hardly 1-2inch.. I asked for a towel which I didnt get. Very disappointing! Also, this is 7 kms away from the city, so consider that as well

Good Place to stay with family with all amenities provided. you can use the provided utensils and amenities to cook your own food. There are few good hotels to eat nearby also.

Stay was wonderful and pleasant. Wifi, cable network facility were available. Basic kitchen amenities were also present. Rooms were neet and clean including the bathrooms

The rooms were clean. Ac had not been used for quite some time because as soon as i turned it on it threw dust and after turning off, it made a cracking sound. The bathroom sink was clogged. Also, there wasn't any water dispenser in the floor. Checkin and checkout was seamless. Property is well maintained just that this is far from the city centre.

Not to stay in apartment.

No food available. And neighbour are creating trouble at all the times. The receptionist came and argued with us to not talk during the dinner because neighbours are complaining to them. As this is an apartment stay.

Support staff are not cooperative. Very minimum needs they have provided. Even when i asked for small bed light to fix in room, they said it is not possible. Bed is also not upto the mark. While booking pin pictures its shown as queen bed and they allocated two single cot beds with kid we find difficulty to adjust. Staff didn't know how to speak with us. I saw in reception many people fighting with staff for some other reasons.

I booked and stayed with my family in a service apartment named the red lotus premium in jp nagar, mysore. The staff of this property are very unprofessional and they don’t have basics of service mindset. The property is overpriced and doesn’t have basic facilities. The bed, bed covers are so dirty that we couldn’t sleep on that bed. They didn’t even provide toilet accessories even though they charged heavy amounts. I never recommend this property to anyone to stay. It’s unworthy to stay there.

The stay was good and comfortable, though as per the hotel name it doesn’t make you feel that you’re in a premium hotel. Food you need to order, as it it is a service apartment. But on a generic side you ca go for it. Location is good and good cleanliness
