Regarding your points: Room Heater: If you meant the room heater, kindly note that due to frequent electricity fluctuations in Ooty, most properties avoid providing it. However, to ensure your comfort, we had provided an electric kettle and 24-hour geyser facility for hot water in the washroom. TV Cable: The cable connection generally works fine, but unfortunately, on that particular day around 8 PM, there was an unexpected issue at the service provider’s office, which caused a temporary disruption. Otherwise, it usually runs smoothly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we are committed to making your next stay with us more comfortable and enjoyable. Cozy place with proximity to important place

Good homestay without complimentary breakfast. Located very near to the ooty commercial street, and helpful staff. Swiggy was available there, to my surprise. Rooms and beds were neat and clean. We went on a two wheeler and didn't have any issues in parking. I found it slightly expensive though but it may also be because of the proximity to main places. Overall, a nice, cozy and peaceful stay.

The heater was not provided since you are aware of the climate conditions during your trip it was a horrible rain and wind so the electricity was not stable and no electricity so because of the climate conditions we couldn't provide the heater and i personally informed all the issues regarding. and whenever electricity was available the geyser was working fine and personally checked your rooms during housekeeping times. we take your feedback on a positive note and we work on it. They’ve 7 rooms 4 rooms on the first floor and 3 rooms on the second floor. Beside the rooms they have common living areas where you can enjoy your meal. They provide cutlery, milk, tea on demand
