The stay was good. Check in was easy. Location was great for me. There was no towel and toiletry kit, which was sad. Fridge was not in working condition. Bed was good for the night. Overall it was okay. Very sweet owner, but please keep a towel.

Hi sir, thanks for your words ,its just that we have already mentioned that we don’t provide towels and toiletries due to hygiene reasons . The fridge works fine you might have not switched on the plug. Hope to host you soon in future.

Terrible Stay

My stay is terrible. A guy(care taker)who came today while i was checking out. Knock my door and talk very rudey and in very impolite way he said" room khali kerna hai, i said yes i checkin out. Den he said by showing hand movement. Nikaliye. And i was checking out when its not even 11 am. There check out time is 11am and i was leaving even before 11 den also he talk like this. Another thing is the issue of hygiene. The almirah in which plates and cuttlery was there. There is some small cockroaces roaming on plates. Overall its a terrible stay

She wasn’t vacating the room, even though i had let her stay in the room till 2 pm, as her train was at 6pm. After that i asked the cleaner to check her and the room was kept very untidily. She did not let the cleaner enter all during her stay. In between her stay i had given her a call, to ask if everything was okay she had said that there was no problem.

The stay was average. You can get better services at the same rate. Toiletries, towels not provided. Lots of mosquitoes. Washroom tidy. The tank of geyser is so small that you will not get sufficient water for proper bath. Please remember there is no tv. Unsafe location at night. No emergency support provided. Safe drinking water unavailability.

First of all it is a gated society with all over cameras installed in posh locality of lucknow. He tried to break into my property at 8 am in the morning without informing me when there were other guests staying over. We have never said that we provide towels and tv in our listing. There is an ro installed at the property
