Good clean rooms for stay in mangalore, good place around mangalore, beach is very mext to the property

Stay at summer sands was really terrible Very unclean rooms Path leading to the rooms even were not in proper condition Had to walk through muddy water to reach room Even Showers were not in proper condition There was just one person to attend to all our needs other staffs dint bother much Food was so average Overall very bad experience

Excellent rooms no comments..very clean and hygienic rooms too...beautiful property....indoor games....clean pool.... relaxing evenings.... mosquitoes around which is just something to take care about...we couldn't get into the shore as it's was rainy season and rough sea.... tropical garden was treat eye for as there was variety and passion visible... 2kms away someshwara temple if you want to visit beautiful temple. Highly recommend this property... Perfect for friends and family

property is located just near the beach, but rooms are not well maintained. During rains, water was dropping from the roof. Our door lock was not opening somuch so they have to change the lock and wasted our time. There are no proper walk way to rooms . So it be comes difficult to go inside rooms during rains. Outside insects frequently enter rooms. Ambience is however good.

“Lovely location with decent rooms and really nice staff. The food was good, and parking is never a problem since there’s plenty of space. It’s right by the beach, which is amazing, but be careful—the water gets deep quickly, so it’s better not to swim. One thing to note—carry your own toiletries like shampoo and soap, as these are not provided.”

The property is large & serene but the rooms are quite old with broken faucets, old furniture. The dining area had houseflies which was indicating unhygienic conditions. The live music during weekend was lovely

Room amenities were not provided. TV was not working properly. Hot water was not coming. Staff was nice, Breakfast was average.

Very average experience, not worth the price they are charging. Lots of stray dogs inside the resort. Crows were there on the restaurant's table. Also the property needs maintenance. Breakfast spread is very limited.

Wish to see early check in if rooms are available. Other wise the resort was good. food didn’t try much variety

The place is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are neat and clean, and the overall ambiance is very pleasant. Food can be conveniently ordered to the room (charged with 18% GST) or enjoyed at the in-house restaurant with a lower 5% GST. The food quality was great in both cases. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of options including poori, dose, idli, vada, rava roti, cut fruits, juice, bread toast, tea, and coffee — something for everyone! The property is quite vast, almost like a granary, with a large number of rooms and beautifully maintained surroundings. It’s also located very close to the beach, making it a perfect spot to relax and spend quality time. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Stay was overall a good experience. The resort was full of greenery and breakfast was very good. However the beach area was not at all maintained: it was full of garbage.

Maintenance needs to improve Location is good but no much activities for kids and all become old Not well trained and friendly staff …. Reception person not aware of restaurant we checked in except at 14:30 and asked for food he straight away was said it’s closed

Good beach resort. One of the very few in mangalore. Sun, sand, sea & good food. Enjoyable stay.
