At first, we were disappointed. But the next morning the view was breathtaking. There are no mentioned amenities but it's aok and peaceful place to stay in Aruku. The staff are the sweetest 😊

Worse and terrible

Water leakage, bathroom water comes to bed room. Terrible. No proper maintainance. There are snails and some insects on walls

Dear Pranav, We regret for the inconvenience caused. This situation is because of heavy and continuous rains in and around Araku valley. Since resort was constructed with eco-friendly Bamboo sheets, there may be a chance for some absorption of water which in general will not happen except when it's raining continuously and which can't be controlled. Will try to make sure not to repeat these kind of issues again. Thank you for the feedback

Overall it's not worthy, no proper maintenance and just are taking by arranging one normal room. It would be hardly around. No privacy. Completely disappointed☹️.

The stay here was horrible, there is no one to assist, the manager is not present in the resort and doesn't come even after calling multiple times. The guys here don't understand hindi and english so it's difficult to communicate. Also the service and the resort is too bad, no lights and stains everywhere. Unprofessional service and no one to assist. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

I have been there in the same resort 5 years ago and the maintenance was soo good but now it is so worse washbasins are hangings one side and the water is leaking from bathroom to hall.
