Stay at solomon heights was very comfortable. Staff was very humble and polite. Food was also flavoursome and mouthwatering.

Use sheets are given on beds, aa the electrical plugs are falling out, no toiletries in bath room, even the kettle didn’t work, we booked 2 rooms, only 1 room is issued, we have to go back and ask for another room, no proper response on anything

The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Wonderful staff specially jhangir, irfan and Afaq from the f&b service and najeeb from the front office was very helpful and gave their extra effort to make our stay comfortable

The hotel room spacious and luxury feel. Hotel staff is excellent and trained. Food is also good having less options in dinner and breakfast but on time and fabulous taste. Last but not the least the location or hotel is also reachable and happy place to stay with spouse and family

It has beautiful surrounding atmosphere with cooperative and polite staff. Room was clean, specious and service was value for money. Almost all amenities were available. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights and had 3 rooms booked. The property in itself is beautiful and rooms and very spacious and beautifully constructed. But the owner and his management is just too poor. We visited in peak winter month. He said the central heating will only work from 6pm to 2pm in night. Anyone can imaging how we would have slept in such chilly room with a basic comforter. On requesting many times he increased time till 5am. Still early hours were too cold and with young kids and old parents we had really uncomfortable mornings. The hot water was also not there just lukewarm water that too for short period of time. If you are in hotel business you need to think of customer satisfaction and providing basic amenities rather than saving money this way. The restaurant served basic food nothing special but again sitting in such cold place and eating was a challenge itself. I had spend really good amount of money and can’t express enough how unsatisfying the experience was. I am also very unhappy for not providing enough resolution in case of such issues faced. Overall I will not recommend this property to anyone.

The stay at solomon heights srinagar was amazing ! the cleanliness, quality, room size everything was perfect ! i guess they serve the best food in entire srinagar, it was that delicious ! very decent and polite staff, very helpful, i would recommend them without a second thought to whosoever visit srinagar, thank you for your hospitality and rayees we enjoyed our stay hope to see you soon

Location was good and parking was excellent and wifi all was great with good staff and no one asks for tips like in some other hotels. One gets it's peace of mind while staying at solomon

Ausum stay beautiful rooms and garden are really ausum with lovely roses rooms are neat and clean and great hospitality

Stay in hotel nice and comfortable. Housekeeping in very good and rooms are spacious. In breakfast some more items can be included otherwise it quite good. Outside lawn is nicely maintained and quite spacious parking area

Stay is so good, property location is to easy as per google map, some item teast is to good but some item are to expainceve and very bed teast and quality.

It was a decent stay, good for the value. The hospitality of staff was also very nice, staff is very helpful. The location is near to dal lake and other markets which makes it even better.

It was a good place with proper heating system as well, hospitality and hygiene was good too. Location is near to good restaurants and dal lake which is a plus one

The property is located in a very serene location. However the food provided could have been better. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. There seemed to be a shortage of staff too for any room service related queries.

A good hotel to spend your days in srinagar. A warm reception, well behaved staffs, good n large n clean rooms, good room service, good buffet spread. Overall a great experience. Value for money of-course
