It's a very cozy and comfortable holiday home with a beautiful garden. Very near to candolim beach. Good for peace loving people. The owner is very nice and friendly. Staff is also punctual for your service. Had a 4 days stay. Very good experience. Wish to visit again.

The property is far inside from the main road. The approach road is very narrow. Hardly one vehicle can pass. The beach is very dangerous. Please don't go on that side. Food not available at the property. U have to come on the main road for that.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Candolim beach is right behind the villa. The property is well maintained. Room service is also great. The only thing the room doesn't have is a long mirror on the wall or cupboard. There is only one mirror in the washroom.

This is quite place. Very good for family. Away from beach just 1 minute. You can enjoy app-is shack. Food is very tasty, though little experience, i feel. The caretaker is very gentle and soft spoken. I wish they should start food service too.

The overall experience was good, location is amazing and rooms are good for the price point. A suggestion for making it better. They need to have reception(ist, which is available for 24hrs for any queries, at present 9am to 9pm the owner responds, staff looked a little unwelcoming may be just a mood of that day.
