Not good as we have expected

No telephone in the room, no tv, service was very poor. Location was near to tiger fall. Food quality not good also.

Regarding the absence of a telephone and tv in the room, our property is located in an offbeat and remote area which makes setting up such infrastructure challenging. property at a good place, near tigerfall tracking starting point, good view from varandah, had local dish on demand, मंडुवे की रोटी, दाल, लहसुन की चटनी, enjoyed meal, though tv is not there in the room but not required, enjoyed पहाड़ों का हुस्न we had gone for

familyExperience was not good! would not recommend for a stay. Was not happy with their hospitality. Food was uncooked. Even when we complained to the host our problem was not entertained we were there for one night but were not satisfied. Also when we asked the staff to make arrangements to meet the host they didn't looked into it.

The stay was good. The service person was nice and supportive. Food was tasty, overall it was worth. One thing i want to mention is the lack of television/led installed in the room.

Location is very good, near trekking point to tiger fall. Food is very good and hygienic. Atmosphere is quite homely. The owner mr shyam singh ji chauhan is a very good and cooperative person. Miss pratibha is always ready to help and guide you through out the trip to chakrata. And overall, sumeet and tannu will be there to entertain you in vacations. Would like to be there again with family.
