What we book we don't get the same such as we booked 2 swiss and 1 river side luxury cottage but we got 3 ordinary cottage and food is fixed service is poor so that what we pay we don't get it bad experience

It was overall a good experience since the location is within walking distance of tiger fall waterfall and the food provided was very tasty. However the hotel needs to provide the basic necessities like gyeser, tables, fan etc.

Nice location, tiger fall just 200m away, nice view, clean toilet and room. Staff r very co operative. Only 2 problem i face that they can easily improve 1- they should take food order for child any time from 7pm to 7pm, not like present time they will only provide after 8. 30pm as dinner. 2- they sued make some ventilation in room so that if electricity gone, room wud cool. By the i vl choose again if i go there.

Already launched a complaint regarding the stay. No hygiene, no wifi ( as promised in the voucher, no electricity, no electricity back up, houseflies everywhere, also shifted js to the another low grade camp after charging us for this one

Excellent location and food.

Location of the property is the best. It is little far from the main city but really on the spot of the tiger falls. . Great food. Only thing that was a reason to worry was that they don’t have headers and wifi to one have to ask for hot water from the staff.
