Ramsukh Resorts and Spa

Honestly, this resort has everything, but it's all super outdated. The staff were cool, though - they upgraded our room because the first one was a total dump (musty smell, super dusty) and we were payin per night! The breakfast was straight out of a 2-star hotel - Poha, Idli, Parathas... yawn. The kids' play area and gaming room were basically non-existent. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold to use. And don't even get me started on the ancient Jacuzzi in our room. If they don't renovate the whole place, they'll get left behind. On the bright side, the evening activities were fun - Housie, Karaoke, and a magic show (the magician will ask for 1000 bucks straight for a 200/- worth show). Overall, not worth the money.

The property was superb. Especially the food, the activities and the service. Everything was excellent. Really admire the amount of support and assistance from the staff and the management. I was not overcharged at anytime is also one of the reasons I will consider coming again. However, they can make their spa still better in terms of including variety like couples massage etc.

Services was not up to the mark. Amenities was worst. We booked the hut and its bathtub was not even clean also had muddy waterAlso all the required stuff was not provided in the room like shampoo, brush etc. we had to call them for every minor things to make it available. Also room cleaning was not up to the mark. While they did clean the room but every time each thing was missing like towels or bathrobe. Other than this bad experience. The location was good just walkable distance from Mahabaleshwar shiva temple. Also food was really nice. The staff was nice. Particularly the DJ guy and the housekeeping head who accommodated our request kindly. Thanks to them it made our stay little enjoyable.

Ramsukh is situated near to the temple and it's a usp. The hospitality was great. Food options were plenty. Food quality was also amazing. I enjoyed. Thanks

Food was only average and even the breakfast was below par as compared to the four star rating. Basic amenities like intercom were also not working. Had to request for minor things like dental kits had to be requested. Not a good experience.

Our stay at Ramsukh resort, Mahabaleshwar was good. Overall we had a great time. Food was good too.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. And got hot water only for 2 times in the chilling rainy days. The ramp to go to the hut rooms seems risky and slippery during rainy days. Food was good but nothing compared to the prices. I used the coffee maker and it tripped the electricity meter got tripped. Not the worst experience but would not consider coming here again.

Very nice property

Food- Food is average, however in snacks loved cheese chilli toast. Location- location is too okay, I visited when it was foggy, so enjoyed the weather than location. It’s location just beside Mahabaleshwar temple so hot chance to visit temple too. Facilities- service was amazing, staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, Spa too was good-just in ladies spa room they need to fix the steam room door. Overall loved the stay for propert, clean rooms and amazing service by staff.

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff was friendly and responsive throughout. Rooms were clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. Food options were decent, though a bit limited. Overall, a good experience and value for money. Would recommend for a short and comfortable stay.

Wonderful property, has good restaurant, the food was amazing as well. The property is very near to Mahabaleshwar temple and Arthur point which are significant attractions in Mahabaleshwar. Looking forward for a repeat stay.

Excellent property in old Mahabaleshwar with spectacular valley view. The misty weather was amazing addon. Quiet a few places like temple and trek paths close by for you to explore. Food at this place is good with enough variety. Will definitely visit again.

Soft spoken and supportive staffs .caring .resort is cleanand food is excellent.also takes care of extra curricular activities like karoke.joint play.musical chair.trek in morning. Really value for price

This was my sevond visit to Ramsukh resorts and spa with my family. Each time we have enjoyed the stay and food both. The views from resorts any corner are just beautiful. The food buffets are best of the veg buffets ever, specifically the afternoon lunch buffet. I would prefer Ramsukh as a all time favourite destination for mahabaleshwar.

Old heritage resort not well maintained , 2 bed suite had walls damp with fungus. thankfully stayed only for a day. food is pretty ordinary with limited options. staff is courteous

Rooms are neat n clean n people are very good in nature and most imp food is awesome and good view to stay

Excellent property - well maintained , clean , supportive staff , decent food , great valley views and loads of activities for kids . my only concern was with pool timings - they closing pool at 6pm was a downer , else it’s worth the high price
