Queens Hotel -Yellow Lake Resorts &Spa -Yercaud

Our family of 8 stayed for 1 day at yellow lake resort. Pros: - great staff, very helpful and pleasant - good ambience - great food cons: - there is no facility for drivers to stay and eat within the property. If they have to get a room, they need to go 6 kms, near to yercaud lake. - we took a route from yercaud lake to the property that was a couple of mins longer (due to getting confused by the gps. There was no signs on that road and there was no signal near to the area. We got help from the locals to find the property eventually. - when we got to the reception, the gm of the property was there. He didn't bother to say 'welcome' and had a haughty air. I am a bit surprised that the top person of a property in hospitality wouldn't show the way by being genial to guests. Every other staff of the property were nice though.

It was very pleasant stay at yellow lake resort, beautifuly maintained property. clean n neat swimming pool, it was 5 km from the yercaud junction. Actually near to yellow lake. If u want to feel good climate n neat n clean atmosphere u can prefer this place. Very friendly staff. Awesome food n services. whatever we called Immediate service they hv provided. They do hv some activities like cycling, projecting dj song at 6 pm onwards, indoor games, camp fire. We wr inspired by the staff. They are not getting any tips from us, the management hv a policy. If anyone get tips they hv an box for collect it share it equally. Great 👍 Mainly its a safe n secured place to stay wit childrens.

It was really a pleasant stay experience for a family having kids. Complimentary breakfast is very tasty and awesome. The resort is very well landscaped having beautiful trees and garden area. Good hospitality by each and every staffs overall. We went on our own car and we wanted driver to trip the mountain. They arranged driver at reasonable cost. The location is somewhat distanced from city area but very nice place to stay. More kids friendly fun activities like slides/swings may be added. Pool is good. Overall it was a great experience to relax.

I had a great experience at this resort, it made our trip more memorable. Rooms look like vintage set up surrounded by lush green trees and coffee plants. They arrange a barbeque at night with a camp fire and songs in the open air. There is a swimming pool and indoor games for kids. Another best part is the manjakuttai view point, which is 600 mts from the resort. This is famous for its sunrise view.

We were a group of 3 families and all were satisfied with the services provided by yellow lake. The location of the property is a little offbeat and a decent distance away from the lake. Food was tasty, service was a little slow. Rooms are well maintained. Overall a good decent stay

The place is a little away stay was good wifi is bad food was pricey and no nearby Queens Hotel -Yellow Lake Resorts &Spa -Yercauds nearby as alternatives to eat.

One of the best resorts i’ve ever been to ! i just loved it. This resort has the coolest view with lot of amenities. Very well maintained rooms with proper room services and tasty food.
