Room was clean No trouble in reaching the owner The reception team helped in reaching the location Bathrooms was clean

Stay was good , it was a good experience but still lot to improve the props location wise

I have faced a lot of issue in my stay at hotel Blue Bell. First and foremost there service was pathetic, no towels, no hot water, no room cleaning service. Secondly even though they have mentioned wifi service there were no wifi signals to my room, I had work related meeting but due to there poor wifi service i couldn't even attend and login to my work. There were no network for Jio and Airtel aswell. I asked for tea and breakfast. It took 1 hr for them to arrange a tea for us. Will never stay in this hotel again.

I Booked this resort through Make my trip. on the images it was looking good. but when I stepped into the resort, I was broken. No cleanliness, dust & insects on the bed & bed covers. Geyser was not working, Internet not working, On the top of this they said car parking is available but I parked it near the gate no proper car parking.

Very worst hotel. Not property clean & power back up. There is no response in reception.

This s is very cozy place if u r looking for some sukoon shanti (peace )and its within 2 minute reach of main yearcaud lake at the same time not in the crowded streets. Very quiteeee. Food they will bring for u or u can bring in fifty meter away there is very famous non veg reasturant (name i think -sweet rascal )

The property is located to nearby tourist spots like boat house, park etc. The rooms are average yet budget friendly and suitable for bachelors. Only solar heater. Outside foods are allowed. Only drawback is that the road to the property is narrow and steep.

Good and great stay. We celebrate our anniversary. They arranged cake cutting. Special mention venila & mr. Kanda seamy sir. We recommend our friends. Thanks

I already read plenty of bad comments about the hotel so i felt a bit scared to book this hotel. Somehow bcos of my budget, i booked this hotel through makemytrip. Its not that bad. Decent room. Decent bathroom. Got hot water for bathing purpose. One r 2 cockroaches in bathroom. Got free wifi. Just like our own home. Tats it. U wont get water for drinking, bath towel, soap. I stayed there for one night the price is 890+tax around 1100rs. For this price its the best option to book this hotel. Bcos i went for yercaud trip. Not to take rest n stay in hotel room. So for just a stay at night, u can blindly go for this hotel. Mainly the way to go to the hotel was vertical. If u r going by car, u have to drive safely. Moreover its not that bad nor not that bad too. Average. Worth d price. Other hotel n resort prices were starts from 2500rs for one day. So its a better option i must say!

Once we reached our destiny, started for searching direction through google maps location given by mmt. Once the google map stops. We contact property. Nice response. Guided where the actual location is in. Outside food allowed. Service personally i would give 4. 8/5. The service they providing us is the best.

Too much of cockroaches inside the room, not at all good. Even pets won’t stay in that room. And no electricity for more than 2 hours. Not happy at all. Never recommend this to anyone.

Positive aspects of the property: proximity to yercaud lake: conveniently located near the lake. Quiet and calm environment: ideal for relaxation. Budget-friendly: affordable rates for a great stay. Areas for improvement: visibility of property identification board: the sign is not easily visible, making it hard to find the property. Wifi issues: wifi does not work on the first floor. Lack of basic complimentary items: essentials like water bottles, soap, and toothpaste are not provided.

Blue bell in yercaud the hotel i will not prefer to anyone it's not clean and it is not the place to stay. At the same time i would like to appreciate make my trip customer service for their timely and prompt help.

The stay was good. But there is a prb with water management in that resort. But they are really friendly. We liked it more.

Budget stay. Images are old images. Rooms are not very neat. Blanket and bed has stains. Map location is wrong. You have to travel 50 mtrs more from the location mentioned and then take right. Overall not the worst stay. Could have been better if it was maintained well

Pillows black, not clean stains on wall average maintenance staff helping in nature 500 meters from lake, board is small little difficult to locate hotel on right side of road if you are traveling from lake

Room was ok not worth for the price. I booked two rooms, both the rooms were not clean, bathroom had so many cockroaches.

It is the worst hotel. Cleanning is very poor. Non of the facilities like drinking water, towel, food is not available. To reach the hotel one is to walk in the dangerous road. The road is not in proper. Since no restaturant is avsilable one is to walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ifnyou givebthe empty bottle they v provide water. Not worth staying.
