Not worth the money you pay. They way more expensive for the service and rooms they provide. The breakfast is for namesake to charge extra amount. They don’t provide any thing in the breakfast other than idly/chapathi and a tea.

Approach to the property is not that good, maintenance is below average, room are not that clean and toilet is very untidy. There is no daily cleaning of room or changing of towels etc.

Very good hotel and food shop 500 meters all ok better room also need and clean 5 star i give very nice location room also safe noise no good location good behavior staff also very helfful and friendly speech

Rooms are good and clean, they supported us promptly, w- fi was working, tv was working but the hot water was not coming from the tap. Second day they gay an immersion heater.

Went to coimbatore for admission of my son at amrita university. Need to stay one night in coimbatore, selected this hotel based on mm t review points, 13 km from the university. Hotel is maintained good, worth the cost. Clean and good. Very safe to stay with family (i booked 2 rooms as we were 4 adult & a kid, hotel is in main market road, though congested hotel have car parking space so no tension for parking. Restaurant not functioning, but they provided breakfast, taste homely but only 2 items. Suitable for official visits like ours.

Rooms are good and neat. Service is also good. Car parking is limited (total 5/6 car parking only. As it's in main road parking was difficult.

We pay 2.3 k but the room is so small, Bathroom door didn't lock and given single towel for double accommodation. Complimentary Breakfast is utter waste, there is no choice only single dish (appam,sambar chutney) Worst Experience 😑 Name is Park Royal but there is no Royal 👎

Not worh for 2k on sigle occupancy

The room was smelly and it sucked bad odour from toilet. Could feel the bad odour from toilet every entry. Faulty toilet door too. Walls are left with lotof marks and nosy fan. Very small car park and mostly it's full, so i was asked to park outside on side road. Will not recommend this place for stay to anyone.

Moving mattress while lying on the bed makes it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise everything is fine.

Not value for money.

Parking was small i was not able to turn my car, and there was all bikes parked at the entrance of the parking where no car can be entered!
Staffs not friendly, the rooms were not clean, ac not working. I complained several times but no response.

Front view looks average, but inside the room all are new. Good budget hotel nice location. Fine
